He’s the My Kitchen Rules star and chef known for backing the controversial Paleo diet.

And it seems Pete Evans’ stunning new mansion is rather Paleo-friendly. 

The 45-year-old has built an ultra-modern pad in Sydney’s Malabar, which he said is completely ‘fluoride free.’

The pair quietly listed their other five-bedroom mansion in the same suburb for a reported $3 million late last year.

The high-profile couple purchased the property in 2013 for $1.44 million and lived there with Pete’s two children Chilli, 12, and Indii, ten, from a previous marriage.

Pete is known for his strict adherence to the controversial Paleolithic diet, with its activated almonds, emu meatballs and bone broth.

But in a surprising new interview, he revealed things were very different in his younger years.

Speaking on Who Weekly’s Who Are You podcast recently, Pete said he once inhabited a world full of ‘LSD, ecstasy, cocaine and alcohol’ as a young chef.

‘In Melbourne… it was more of the LSD, ecstasy, cocaine and alcohol-fuelled environment that I stepped into as a young 18-year-old,’ Pete told Pete Timbs.

The TV personality added he was, ‘Working ‘100 to 110’ hours a week and ‘still going out and partying’.
