Alaskan malamute has hilarious Tinder profile

A dog who has declared himself the ‘goodest boy’ is looking for belly rubs on Tinder.

It’s unclear which human did it, but someone has created a profile on the dating app for Phil, an Alaskan Malamute who’s causing a stir among those looking for someone to love online.

Screenshots of Phil’s hilarious conversations with his matches show that the Tinder community is quite excited to chat with a furry pal, and maybe even get the chance to play fetch with him.

‘Let’s cut to the chase Phil. You’ve got a belly and I’ve got hands, how are we going to make this happen [?]’ a match wrote to Phil.

‘Bring milk biscuits. I’ll bring my belly and the tie,’ replied the dog, whose profile picture shows him looking dapper in a tie.

Belly rubs are top on the list of things Phil’s looking for, and his catchphrase seems to be: ‘Belly rubs or nah?’ but anyone who can play fetch, provide milk biscuits, or scratch his head is also in the running.

But he’s made it clear that he’s a ‘strong independent dog who don’t need no walker,’ just someone to pamper him.

Although Phil’s owners, Emma-Leigh and Shane Matthews are from Cumbria, England, the furry dog’s profile says he’s expanding his horizon by looking for matches in Los Angeles and Boston.

He’s also said he’s not looking for anything ‘super serious’ and doesn’t want to lead his admirers on – and is even up for being a ‘side dog’.

Phil has already had many brushes with fame- gaining attention for a video that shows him lounging as he is vacuumed, and sharing a popular Instagram account with his sister Niko and Milo, a Ragamuffin cat.

And this isn’t even the first time he rocks a tie: back in July, he served as the ‘best man’ for his owners’ wedding along with Niko, who was the maid of honor.

Boredpanda first posted the screenshots, and said Phil’s owner Shane created the profile, but whoever runs it has answered that hes a ‘fraud’ who’s just ‘spreading the joy of Phil’ after being asked if he was the real furry celebrity.
