Her relaxing time off comes days after reports emerged that Amanda and fellow BGT judge Alesha Dixon have been a shoulder for Lisa Armstrong to cry on through her during her split from husband and BGT host Ant McPartlin.
Lisa, 41, is currently going through what is said to be a £62m divorce from Ant, and has reached out to Amanda and Alesha, 39, according to a source from The Sun.
‘Lisa has been keeping herself to herself a fair amount while on Britain’s Got Talent this year for obvious reasons, as no one wants a big showdown,’ the paper reports. ‘But Amanda and Alesha, despite being close friends with Ant, have been a real support for her.
