Australian Survivor’s Flick Egginton shows off her weight loss

She was the fan favourite from season one of Australian Survivor.

But these days, Felicity ‘Flick’ Egginton looks worlds away from the disheveled girl that spent almost two months surviving on a Samoan island.

This week, the 24-year-old took to Instagram to share some stunning photos of herself after giving up alcohol and embarking on a new health kick.

She continued: ‘I thought I was “fat” and always put myself down for the way I looked.

‘Instead of choosing healthy lifestyle choices I went the opposite way because it was easier to deal with then actually doing something about it.’
