Billionaire James packer has splashed $80million on a seven-bedroom LA mansion to be closer to his ex-wife Erica and their children.
The 51-year-old Australian businessman purchased the lavish abode which boasts seven bedrooms, a marble kitchen, an outdoor swimming pool and an eight car garage.
The 2700sqm property also includes a beauty salon, a cigar room, a wine cellar and private cinema, realestate.com.au reported.

Located in the heart of Beverly Hills, the home was previously owned and occupied by famous Hollywood actor Danny DeVito and his wife Rhea Perlman before they sold it off in 2015 for $27million.
The Holmby Heights mansion was bought by property developers and then purchased by Mr Packer for $25million below the asking price, according to The Sun.

Earlier in the year Mr Packer decided he wanted to relocate to be closer to his three children, and their mother, Erica Packer.
In March 2018, he also stood down from the board of Crown Casino to seek treatment for ‘mental health issues’.

‘Mr Packer is suffering from mental health issues. At this time he intends to step back from all commitments,’ a Packer spokesman said in an emailed statement at the time.
Mr Packer’s health woes follow a messy break-up with pop star fiance Mariah Carey and the arrest of Crown staff in China in 2016.
According to Forbes Mr Packer has a networth of about $3.2billion.
