Blake Lively looks unrecognisable in dishevelled look

She has proven herself as a style icon with her effortless red carpet displays.

But Blake Lively traded in the glamour as she went completely unrecognisable while filming for her new movie The Rhythm Section in Dublin, Ireland on Sunday.

The 30-year-old American actress went make-up free as she traded in her sweeping gowns for a padded brown jacket, wide leg trousers and a blue beanie as filming commenced.

While she’s known for her long glamorous locks, Blake’s mane was hidden with her bright blue beanie cap.

Upon taking it off, it was clear that she was wearing a shoulder-length flame-coloured wig – which was styled in an unkempt manner.

Blake, who is reportedly playing a female spy in the movie, wrapped up in a heavily padded brown jacket.

Her baggy trousers, which sported black lining down the side, looked to be covered in dirt – further adding to the dishevelled look.

Blake was joined by the movie’s crew, who ensured to fuss over her in between takes.

Proving to be ever so chilly in Ireland, the beauty was given a thermal water bottle to warm herself up.

The former Gossip Girl star is set to play a female spy in The Rhythm Section, a new espionage thriller produced by the team behind James Bond.

The on-screen talent is teaming up with renowned film producer Barbara Broccoli – who has produced the last eight Bond chapters.
