Beginning her 10-minute video entry, Anna began by explaining that less is more and will land you the ‘right’ kind of attention.

She said: ‘Sadly today there is this trend of ‘more is more’, with girls thinking that if you apply more make-up, if you put in more hair extensions and show more skin it will get you noticed.’

She continued: ‘You won’t get the right kind of attention with this method. There are two types of women that men want- one qualifies for a long term relationship and the other is just for pleasure seeking.’

Listing the first method to getting the right attention, she said: ‘Number one is confidence.

‘You don’t want to appear too confident as that can appear masculine and put people off. You also don’t want your confidence to come off as though you are a diva.

‘However a total lack of confidence can make you appear like a grey mouse.

‘Confidence is a key point that’ll make people believe you are an affluent person, that you are who you claim you are.’

She added: ‘Men will notice you thanks to your confidence- walk into the room like you own it, but not like you’re better than everyone else.

‘Confidence is free of charge, once you have that you can convince people of anything.’

Moving onto her next point, she continued: ‘Number two, be elegant. Beauty is accessible and is everywhere nowadays and accessible to every class due to surgery and fillers- competition is tough.’

Slamming the current culture of oversexuality, Anna said: ‘There are many beautiful and sexy women out there but elegant women are a rarity in the Kim Kardashian era.

‘Unfortunately casual and nineties fashion is everywhere, so it’s your chance to stand out by being elegant- you don’t have to be Kate or Meghan to achieve this.

‘Give men the full elegant package and you will shine.’

Finishing with her final point, she continued: ‘Number three is be feminine- sex is everywhere today and is overplayed, it’s become boring.

‘Men aren’t impressed by sexuality as much as before when it was restricted.  Dressing sexily is so unoriginal, it really doesn’t make a person stand out today’.

Explaining why women should preserve their modesty, Anna concluded: ‘I teach others the value of being a high value woman, not selling your soul to be noticed or making desperate attempts.

‘We want men of high caliber, and such men tend not to seek out skimpy looking girls. Being feminine is what will make men notice you.

‘Who do you think men will approach in a room- Kim Kardashian or Monica Belucci? That is the difference between sexy and feminine. I’ve heard so many people raving about Monica, but how many say that about Kim?’.

‘You need to be on the level of the high society. There are unwritten rules we have to adopt,’ she said.

‘This usually means you have to transform yourself, your looks, your behaviour. I’ve lost weight I’ve lost about 15kg.
