Few women in the world would be able to resist the attention of a bonafide movie star like Brad Pitt, now easily the most eligible bachelor in Hollywood.
Alas, it appears that Neri Oxman is no ordinary woman – and not just because of her professional achievements.
Much has been made of a reported flirtation between the actor and MIT architecture professor, a pairing some believed could be the second coming of George and Amal.
But it seems Pitt will not be following in Clooney’s footsteps after all, as Oxman still appears head over heels in love with her billionaire hedge funder boyfriend.

Oxman was spotted in Paris last weekend to cheer on Bill Ackman at the Finance Cup, a tennis tournament in which former professional and college players who now work in the finance world face-off against each other.
Sources said Oxman sat courtside to support her man and that the two were ‘openly affectionate’ throughout the day, according to Page Six.
Oxman and Ackman, 52, later attended a party for the tournament together as a couple.
‘Bill won his match, and has won the girl,’ the source said.
‘Brad Pitt will need to up his tennis game – and his educational degrees – if he wants such a super impressive and highly intellectual woman.’

Ackman has a Bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Harvard University, where he graduated magna cum laude .
Oxman, a 42-year-old divorcee who was born in Israel, is an award-winning architect with a PhD in design computation from MIT.
She was a 2014 honoree in Carnegie’s Pride of America, which celebrates brilliant US immigrants, and was invited to give her own TED Talk.
In her current role, Oxman leads the Mediated Matter research group (focusing on ‘nature-inspired design and design-inspired nature’), and teaches graduate students at MIT’s School of Architecture and Planning Media Lab.
It has been said that Oxman and Pitt, 54, formed an instant connection after meeting last autumn when he consulted her about an exclusive item of furniture she’d designed — a ‘3D printed’ chaise lounge.

News then spread in April that Pitt was ‘completely smitten’ with the ‘rock star professor’.
‘Brad and Neri instantly hit it off because they share the same passion for architecture, design and art,’ one source told Page Six at the time.
‘Brad is very interested in spending more time with Neri, she is fascinating.’
Some reports even claimed the pair were spending late nights in Oxman’s Boston home and going to a conference together in South Africa.
But the actor’s representatives disputed the claims and Oxman’s father said their meetings had been ‘professional’.
The first indication that the pair knew each other came late last year when Pitt was photographed visiting Oxman’s workplace.
Pitt is said to have had dinner at Professor Oxman’s apartment after the meeting, and then stayed in town for a week.

Jolie, 43, who has primary physical custody of their six children, has been told by a judge that she must let Pitt see the kids regularly while she films Maleficent 2 in the UK this summer.
According to court documents obtained by DailyMail.com, the Superior Court of Los Angeles County determined that ‘not having a relationship with their father’ would be ‘harmful’ to Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and nine-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox.
The court believes the kids are safe with Pitt and that it’s critical each of the kids have a healthy and strong relationship with both parents.
Additionally, the judge laid out a new cellphone policy stating Jolie must provide Pitt with the cell number of each child so he can text or call each of them at will and without Jolie monitoring the conversations.
