Ronaldo has been in an exceptional form in the Champions League this season, scoring in 10 out of 11 matches and 15 goals in total.

Bayern became the first side to keep him out in the European competition this campaign last Wednesday.

The two-time World Cup winner believes Ronaldo performs at his best when it matters.

‘It’s amazing what he’s doing, he plays fewer balls but he decides the game better than before,’ he told AS.

‘He has a lot of resources, when the game gets ugly he appears.’

The 33-year-old scored a stunning overhead kick against Juve at the Champions League quarter-final stage last month which the Brazilian commended.

‘This last bicycle kick was something incredible… I have not tried it!’ Ronaldo said.

There is speculation that Paris Saint-Germain’s Neymar could become a team-mate of the current Madrid star, however Ronaldo does not see a move on the cards.

‘I’ve heard a lot of (rumours) that Neymar can end up at Real Madrid but the truth is that I think it’s very difficult, he just recently signed for PSG for a lot of money,’ he said.

‘I do not think that for PSG the money is a problem, even if Real Madrid offers a very large number, I do not think that PSG will change its mind.

‘I think it’s quite complicated that some day Neymar can play at Real Madrid, right now I think it is impossible. … he will still be young but now I think it is impossible, I think he is doing well and he likes Paris, he wanted to change and he knew everything that was going to happen.’
