Speaking to Body & Soul, she said: ‘Once you stop, it’s so hard to get back on the bandwagon.’

She added that she works out ‘at least three times a week’, and if she doesn’t she tried to at least eat healthily. 

However, the TV presenter revealed she’s all about a healthy balance:

‘You’ve got to treat yourself at the end of each week so you’ll find me chilling out on the couch eating takeaway,’ she said.
