GIGI HADID

Golden girl: Gigi Hadid, 22, dressed in gold from head to toe to accept an honor at the 2017 Glamour Women of the Year Awards

You know you’ve reached icon status when you hit the red carpet in a beauty look inspired by yourself.

‘She loves a fresh natural face that is glam at the same time. Her go-to is bronze golden goddess and that is what we gave her,’ make-up artist Patrick Ta said of the look he created on Gigi for the 2017 Glamour Women of the Year Awards in New York City on Monday.

Naturally, the pro used the model and entrepreneur’s new Maybelline collaboration to achieve the glowy, monochromatic look. Key products used were the East Coast Glam Matte Lipstick and Liner in McCall, a mix of shades from the West Coast Warm Eyeshadow Palette and the East Coast Glam Liquid Strobe in Iridescent.

The tennis star made her first appearance since giving birth to 10-week-old daughter Alexis Olympia at Glamour’s Women of the Year Awards, and she went all out.

‘I wanted to make sure she felt, and looked, simply amazing,’ said make-up artist Renny Vasquez, who contoured her complexion to perfection with Black Opal True Color Skin Perfecting Stick Foundation in three different shades and applied Pat McGrath Labs MatteTrance Lipstick in Mc Menamy for a head-turning finish.

Hairstylist Vernon Francis styled Serena’s natural hair into a ponytail fit for a goddess using metallic accessories placed at the base and throughout the lengths.

Kristen celebrated her directorial debut, Come Swim, at its premiere in Los Angeles last week. While the star chose a distressed white t-shirt for the red carpet, her make-up was anything but casual.

Make-up artist Beau Nelson created a dramatic cat eye with thick swipes of black eyeliner and a touch of metallic pigment that was applied on the center of her eyelids.

To try your hand at the graphic look, use a felt-tipped liquid liner like Chanel Ecriture de Chanel.

Rita cycled through a whopping thirteen different looks during the 2017 MTV Europe Music Awards, which she hosted over the weekend.

Her beauty quick-changes included glitter-embellished wigs, crystal hair accessories and bold lipsticks. It’s hard to pick a favorite, but we’re still not over the glam make-up she wore on the red carpet paired with a plush bathrobe dress, diamond jewelry and a white bath towel that was wrapped around her head.

While her Lorraine Schwartz jewels were worth eight million dollars, her make-up came from the drugstore. Make-up artist Kathy Jeung used products from Rimmel (Rita is an ambassador) to achieve her flawless look, including the brand’s Lasting Finish 25HR Foundation in 303 True Nude, MagnifEyes Eyeshadow Palette in 001, Kate Moss Sculpting Palette in Coral Glow and Kate Moss Nude Collection Lipstick in 45.

MAC’s blue-red Ruby Woo lipstick is Tracee Ellis Ross’ go-to shade. She evens wears it to the gym.

For the Women of the Year Awards, Tracee wore the classic hue once again, but this time with a twist.

After applying Ruby Woo as a base, make-up artist Romy Soleimani blended Sephora Liquid Red Lipstick in the center of the Black-ish star’s pout. Next, she mixed Kevyn Aucoin Bloodroses Lip Pencil with black eyeliner and applied it along the inner corners and the edge of the lower lip. The result was a striking ombre effect.
