And showing off her blossoming baby bump as she stood in to present ITV’s Lorraine on Friday morning, Christine Lampard, 39, looked beautiful as she slipped into a chic printed frock.

She was joined by her co-star Kimberley Walsh, who had been on hand to present the show’s fashion segment and turned heads in a stylish leopard print maxi dress and slinky heels.

Taking the reins for the latest broadcast of Lorraine, usually hosted by Lorraine Kelly – who is on a three-week holiday, Christine favoured a one-shouldered design that boasted a statement frill at the strap.

Her dress came was covered with a brightly coloured floral pattern and left her honed pins firmly on view, thanks to its thigh-skimming hemline.

Christine added some height to her getup with a pair of strappy black heels and highlighted her pregnancy glow with a sunkissed make-up look.

The Irish beauty favoured a smokey eye and a slick of nude lipstick, leaving her dark locks down to fall past her shoulders in a perfectly blow-dried style.

The Loose Women anchor appeared in high spirits, despite her early morning wake up call, and appeared to be having a ball as she joined former Girls Aloud star Kimberley on set.

Kimberley had been sharing her latest style advice for the show’s fashion segment and proved she has the expertise to do so, as she slipped into a stylish leopard print maxi dress.

Catching the eye in the statement print, Kimberley drew attention to her slender frame by nipping her frock in at the waist with a leather black belt, leaving its skirt to billow out around her legs.

She added a pair of strappy stiletto heels and teamed her getup with curled tresses and a coral pink glossy lip.

Meanwhile, on the show, Christine found herself amused by guest Nina Nesbitt’s admission that the presenter’s husband Frank had been her ‘first crush’.

Singer Nina, who was discovered by Ed Sheeran at the age of 17, revealed: ‘He was my first celebrity crush, I saw him on TV, my dad loves football and I thought he’s so cute.’

Laughing at the admission, Christine told the starlet that she thinks former Chelsea footballer Frank would be ‘chuffed’ to hear she had taken a liking to him.

Christine and Frank have been dating for nearly a decade now, after first meeting at a Pride of Britain awards ceremony in 2009. They went on to marry in 2015 in a ceremony held in Knightsbridge London.

Christine is Frank’s second wife – he was previously married to the mother of his two daughters, Luna, 13, and Isla, 11, Elen Rivas. Christine was previously engaged to ex-beau Christian Stokes.

She and Frank are now expecting their first child together, with the couple confirming their pregnancy in May, earlier this year. Christine had been five months pregnant at the time.

Having been a step-mother to Frank’s children, Christine has said her experience of parenting has helped her to prepare for her baby’s arrival.

She said: ‘I have had the girls since they were 4 and 2 and they are 13 and 11 so I have been through all the toddler years, the primary and secondary school bit and teenagers are around the corner, that is preparation, although the baby years is all new to me! So I’ll take it day by day really, like every other new mum.

‘People are telling me, and I would like to think I’m like that anyway, but do your best to relax into it and don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Don’t always be looking at everyone else and thinking, ‘It’s running perfectly for them, why isn’t it for me?’ Give yourself a break. I’ll take it hour by hour!’

She shared her hopes to breastfeed recently on Lorraine, stating she wants ‘the best’ for her newborn, but is aware that some women can ‘struggle’ to do so.

Christine had candidly been discussing breastfeeding with the show’s in-house doctor, Dr. Hilary, and had showed her a breast feeding device which doubles as an app.

Christine joked: ‘That’s something I’ll need to get used to. At 4am in the morning, that might just be a help.’

Clearly feeling overwhelmed, the TV star quickly added: ‘There’s a lot to learn, isn’t there? For a first time mum!’

Christine is reportedly due to give birth in September.
