Counseling group for SEX OFFENDERS stops hotel sessions

A Phoenix behavioral counseling group announced specializing with sex offenders that it will no longer hold sessions at a resort hotel.

Per a CBS 5 Investigation, sex offenders in the Mountain Valley Counseling program were filmed all throughout the Sheraton Crescent Hotel in Phoenix, Arizona. Offenders were seen wandering halls, lounging poolside, and surfing the web in the lobby during lunch breaks.

“It’s introduction to sex offender treatment class. Anyone who is on probation for a sex crime has to attend,” said an anonymous sex offender who attends the sessions at the hotel.
