New Studio 10 host Denise Scott has reflected on Ita Buttrose’s feud with Denise Drysdale.
The 63-year-old stand-up comedian said despite the dramatic nature surrounding their spat, everyone has since moved on.
‘Is anybody talking about that rift still there between Ita and Denise?’ Nova’s Chrissie Swan asked on Wednesday.

Denise replied: ‘No they’re not Chrissie, move on … It’s all behind us now, as they told us to say.’
On April 27, Denise was announced as a new addition to Studio 10 alongside Angela Bishop.
‘I’ve always wanted to host a morning television show and now it’s happening at 63,’ Denise said in a statement.

The 76-year-old confirmed that Drysdale threw food at her on-set last November – but clarified that the projectile was an entire bowl, not just a single sprout.
‘I don’t really want to talk about Brussels sprout gate, but I will just for once,’ Ita previously told KIIS FM’s Celeb HQ hosts Zoe Marshall and John Caldwell.
‘It was not just one sprout, it was a bowlful,’ Ita said, but denied that she was involved in an exchange of blows.
‘I didn’t throw any sprouts. I was working. This was our Christmas shoot. And I was working,’ she added.

The media doyenne also responded to Drysdale’s comment that she wouldn’t miss her on the panel, claiming that she had helped the comedian get her start on Studio 10.
‘I’m sorry Denise (Drysdale) feels like that but there you go. Actually, if it weren’t for me she wouldn’t have the job at all,’ she remarked.
Ita abruptly left Studio 10 after months of rumoured tensions between her and Drysdale.

In separate radio interviews, the TV presenters addressed their behind-the-scenes rivalry.
Drysdale told The Kyle and Jackie O Show that she was shocked at the publicity the incident had generated.
‘With this Brussels sprouts thing, if I’d have known it was going to get so much publicity I’d have hurled a turkey!’ Drysdale joked.

‘It’s just something I’ve done. I’ve done things in the past that I probably shouldn’t have done, but I’m still here.’
Drysdale denied it had been a bowlful of Brussels sprouts, however.
She said: ‘It was on the roast turkey that we had done for the shoot, it was just looking at me saying, ”Throw me”.’
