DJ Khaled hits Golden Buzzer for Chase Goehring on AGT

Guest judge DJ Khaled pressed his Golden Buzzer during Tuesday’s episode of America’s Got Talent to send singer Chase Goehring straight to the Live Shows.

The 41-year-old record producer praised Chase, 21, who writes his own music, sings and plays guitar for being ‘so real and authentic’.

‘You’re on your way to being a star. A superstar,’ said DJ, as he smashed his Golden Buzzer for Chase.

‘You’ve got it all happening,’ praised Simon Cowell, 57.

Other acts to make the cut for the Live Shows were: Sad clown Puddles, twin duo Mirror Image, salsa dancers Junior and Emily, Scottish mind reader Colin Cloud and singers Evie Clair and Yoli Mayor.

Trained chicken Jokgu wowed the judges and became an Internet sensation after her audition, but this week she bombed big time.

Jokgu attempted to play a keyboard duet with her sister Aichan, but they failed miserably.

New York City comedian Steven Scott, 44, turned some jokes about his mother’s tedious stories that she leaves on voicemail.

‘It takes a lot to make me laugh…I actually laughed,’ said DJ.

The Quibblers (aged 28-53) dressed as miniature versions of the judges and danced to the Spice Girls.

The Azeri Brothers, aged 30 and 33, chopped fruit on each other and pulled nails out of wood with their teeth.

Tulga, 33, spun an enormous flaming beam and then gave Howie Mandell and Heidi Klum a ride on swing seats.

‘I feel like I’m going to throw up,’ groaned Howie afterward.

Simon vetoed them, but Mel said: ‘You make me feel really good inside’.

Evie Clair, 13, delivered a heartfelt rendition of I Try by Macy Gray, a dedication to her ailing father.

‘It’s the sound of an angel singing to her daddy,’ said Howie, telling her that he felt ‘moved’.

Magician Kyle Eschen, 24, spun some card tricks plus ‘flamboyant necessary gestures’.

‘That genuinely is magic,’ balked Simon.

The 30-year-old licked Mel’s hand and correctly deduced that she’d recently eaten ‘eggs and potato chips’.

He then guessed a secret she was thinking and a word – ‘goddess’ – that she’d kept from him.

Colin also got Howie on the stage and had him unlock a cell phone after getting random numbers from his fellow judges.
