A Missouri car rental employee was detained on Monday after he allegedly put LSD into his coworkers water bottle because they were ‘too uptight,’ according to local authorities.

Arnold police were called to the Enterprise Rent-A-Car on 3932 Jeffco Boulevard after the 27-year-old manager told them that two employees had to be rushed to the hospital because something was placed in their water.

The manager told police that the suspect, a 19-year-old Arnold resident, had been ‘acting weird’ when he came into work that morning, an arrest report states according to Leader Publications.

She told authorities that the man then took a water dropper and was allegedly ‘messing with’ her water jug. The manager stressed that she didn’t drink from the jug, the report continues.

The manager said that she saw the suspect messing with bottles belonging to two employees – a 24-year-old Imperial woman and a 23-year-old man from St. Louis.

She says the man was messing with his coworkers bottles and in the next moment, both staff members began feeling weird and dizzy.

Both were rushed to the Urgent Care Center before they were taken to the Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis County. They have since been treated and released, according to the police report.
