‘I’ve been a driving instructor and safety advocate since 1986 and I’ve seen several cases of dangerous driving such as a motorcyclist texting and eating while riding,’ Mr Waters told Daily Mail Australia.

‘I’ve seen horrific things but this is by far the worst scenario I have ever seen. What sort of parent would advocate this sort of dangerous driving?’

Victoria Police said they are appealing for witnesses and other dashcam footage of the incident to come forward.

No arrests or charges have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
