Former South Carolina first lady Jenny Sanford is ready to get married again.

Nearly eight years after divorcing then-Gov. Mark Sanford, who had publicly admitted to an affair with a woman in Argentina, Jenny Sanford announced she is engaged.

She posted a picture Tuesday of herself with her fiance, Andy McKay, on Instagram with the caption ‘…Yes!’

Jenny Sanford told The Post and Courier of Charleston she will marry investment banker McKay this spring. She says they have dated for 15 months.

Jenny Sanford says they bought a ring and got engaged Monday after last week’s East Coast snowstorm delayed McKay’s trip to Charleston.

Several of her social media followers chimed in to congratulate the happy couple  after.

One said: ‘So so thrilled!!! He is a lucky, lucky man!’ While another added: ‘So happy for you!! You deserve all the happiness in the world!!!’

She says her sister introduced them and McKay is a kind man who gets along with her four grown children she had with Mark Sanford, who is now a U.S. House member.

Following his mysterious disappearance, Mark Sanford finally admitted in the summer of 2009 he had an affair with María Belén Chapur.

The pair got engaged in 2012, but broke it off in September 2014.

He resigned from his position as chairman of the Republican Governors Association after.
