High-class escort Samantha X opens up about sexual harassment at 13 as she turns to police

When it comes to Samantha X’s career as a high-class escort, it may look like her life is glamorous, with men paying handsomely for the pleasure of her company.

But long before building her escorting empire around expensive dinners and nights in five star hotels, the 44-year-old’s first encounters with the opposite sex were anything but pleasant.

During an exclusive interview with Daily Mail Australia, Samantha, real name Amanda Goff, speaks about the underage sexual harassment she blamed herself for and the safety precautions she now enforces before meeting strangers for sex as her alter-ego.

EXCLUSIVE: ‘I have been assaulted many times by men’: Samantha X speaks about being sexually harassed by a builder who ‘massaged her shoulders and showed her pictures of topless women’ when she was just 13… before she became a high-class escort

‘For me personally, I have been assaulted many times by men,’ Samantha revealed, while discussing her joy that the #MeToo movement is finally giving victims a voice.

‘One of my earliest and worst times I can remember is a builder massaging my shoulders in my family home while my parents were out.’

‘(He was) telling me I should become a page three 3 [glamour model] and was showing me topless photos [of women].’

‘I was 13-years-old and thought it was my fault.’

The mum-of-two recalled: ‘Looking back at it now, that was some kind of harassment that I didn’t realise at the time.’

‘(The #MeToo movement) is a really important message to give to young girls, is that it’s your body, your choice, and no one has any right to touch or talk about your body.’

Samantha’s strong message of female empowerment, three decades after that incident, is one she is now embracing after recently saying ‘enough is enough’ and turning to the authorities in yet another instance of abuse and harassment.

Last week, Samantha posted a strained looking selfie to Instagram, revealing she had once again been the victim of harassment.

‘This is what harassment looks like. My nails are bitten, my eyes tired and sore from crying, my face exhausted and drained,’ she wrote underneath her post, prompting grave concern from her friends and fans.

While not going into too much detail, Samantha told Daily Mail that the man behind this particular incident is part of a ‘very prestigious family’ and it has nothing to do with her work as an escort.

She said that the matter is now with the authorities.

‘It’s always men that don’t take no for an answer and it’s in the hands of the police now,’ Samantha said.

‘It’s easy to manipulate a woman and I think that men have this perception that I am always Samantha, but I’m not.

‘I’m just a normal every day woman and I think it’s important to stand up to bullies and men that abuse their power.’

After being exposed to those inappropriate images at 13, years later Samantha first started thinking of her daring double life.

‘It’s always something I’ve fantasized about,’ she explained. ‘I always wanted to become a journalist and I always wanted to become a high-class escort too.’

Samantha, who has previously admitted to phoning up brothels at 15 before nervously hanging up, joked that her later change in career didn’t surprise many.

‘I’ve never lost any friends through this,’ Samantha answered when asked how the people closest to her reacted when she went public with her escorting in 2014.

‘The friends I’ve known for years said I’d been talking about this since a teenager.’

Having first hand experience how unsafe situations can get as Amanda, Samantha has always enforced strict safety protocols when it comes to vetting clients.

‘You have to use your gut instinct, and If your gut is telling you no then you need to listen to that – that’s your protection,’ she said.

‘I have a very strict selection process and I get lots of information first.’

‘Their name, age, profession – not that I care what they do for work, but the more you talk to a man, the more you realise if he’s a d**k or not.’

‘I don’t care how wealthy they are, if there’s a hint of arrogance, entitlement or rudeness then I won’t see them.’

'It's always something I've fantasized about,' she proudly declared. 'I always wanted to become a journalist and I always wanted to become a high-class escort too'

While jet-setting around Australia meeting clients for the first time in unfamiliar surroundings once they pass her vetting process, Samantha said she has no fear.

‘I’m a 44-year-old woman,’ she joked.

‘I’ve been around the block a few times, I grew up in London and I know if I’m meeting a psycho or not.’

‘I’m lucky enough that in my working career as Samantha I haven’t had any bad experiences, but in my dating life as Amanda I have. Working as an escort for me has been much safer – the men that make me cry are never my clients.’

Discussing the British TV show, Secret Diary of a Call Girl, which showed escorting in a glamorous new light upon its release in 2007, Samantha joked: ‘I was sick of being used by men in real life and I just wanted that job.’

Meanwhile, as for negative judgment around her profession, Samantha isn’t bothered at all.

She concluded: ‘I’m making great money, and as a single mother no one else is paying my bills. People may judge me but I’m living the best life I can.’

‘I don’t care what people are saying behind my back and no one has ever said anything to my face. I just know that what I do is a job and people find it fascinating.’

‘I went round to a school friends the other day, I was picking up my daughter, and the mother introduced me to all of her friends and they’d read my book on a health retreat and wanted to know the secrets and how to please a man.’
