The deer chases the cat and pounces on top of the feline and begins kicking and stomping on it.

At one point, the deer leaves the cat and the feline lays still in the grass.
The unidentified cat appears to be breathing ever so slightly, when the deer returns with a vengeance.

For a moment, the family animal is able to escape and runs away. But it is no match for the deer who catches up and kills the cat.
