‘I’m quite active and I try not to let the way I look be the main focus,’ she has said.

WHAT TO TRY: The reclining knee twist helps trim the waist. Sit on the floor and lean back on your forearms, curling your tailbone under and bringing your knees up, so that your calf muscles are parallel to the floor.

Inhale and tilt your legs as far as possible to one side, maintaining your upper body position. Exhale and slowly draw your knees back to centre.

Repeat on the other side. Do two sets of ten (five each side), resting between each set.
