New York stinks and this time there’s a reason for it.
In one suburb of Buffalo, in the western part of the state, the beautifully named Orchard Park is having to deal with a ‘mad pooper’.
The person simply goes around and relieves themselves wherever they please.
According to the New York Post one woman has already called cops about delinquent defecater stinking up her lawn while another tried to warn them by placing advert in the newspaper telling them to stop it.

An advert in the Orchard Park Penny Saver requested that “the person/jogger who is pooping on our lawns” to stop.
‘To the person/jogger who is pooping on our lawns in the Village of O.P.: STOP!!’ the anonymous ad in the Orchard Park PennySaver reads.
‘We have installed trail cams to identify you!’ the ad continues. ‘You are violating a health ordinance that prohibits depositing untreated sewage on land or water!!!’ the ad warns. ‘You are putting our neighborhood at a serious health risk, especially children!’
The residents say they are determined to catch the pooper in the act and say police are increasing patrols in the area.
A number of homeowners have been victims and are determined to catch the pooper in the act.
Orchard Park police revealed that one woman found feces and toilet paper several times outside her home. She believes the problem pooper is a jogger.
Police told the Buffalo News that they are adding patrols to the neighborhood in the village that is home to the Buffalo Bills, but that they ‘don’t have much to go on.’
If the culprit is caught, they could face possible public lewdness or exposure charges.

It’s not the only neighborhood that has had to deal with such a stink.
Earlier this year, residents in Colorado Springs had their own ‘mad pooper’ after a still-unidentified jogger defecated on a front lawn.
However, it was recently revealed that the woman was not at fault because she has a traumatic brain injury caused by gender reassignment surgery.
An unidentified man claiming to be ‘a family representative’ of the woman said the jogger wanted to apologize but added that she couldn’t help it because she could no longer control her bowels.
