And Carl Lentz has sparked rumours that he could be the man to marry the Canadian hitmaker, 24, and his new fiancée Hailey Baldwin, 21.
The 39-year-old, who runs the controversial celebrity megachurch Hillsong in Los Angeles, was seen looking casual in a leather jacket as he jetted into Sydney for the Hillsong conference on Wednesday.

Lentz, who has been dubbed the Christian Hillsong Church’s ‘rockstar pastor’, brought the church from Australia to New York in 2010.
Justin and Hailey, who got engaged in the Bahamas last week, are regular attendees of the Hillsong Church in LA, which is headed by Carl.
Justin has been going for several years to the congregations, which hold pop music heavy services in large music venues rented out in various cities.

Carl has struck up quite the close relationship with Justin over the years.
He performed Bieber’s impromptu baptism in 2014, using a bathtub borrowed from his NBA player friend Tyson Chandler.

He also hosts Bieber at his family’s suburban Jersey home for weeks at a time and supported him when the singer abruptly cancelled his Purpose World Tour last July.
In an open letter to his fans, Justin said how ‘blessed’ he was to have people in his life to ‘build my character back up reminding me of who I am and who I want to be’.
Carl is friendly with many entertainers and athletes and often shares selfies with everyone from Jay-Z to Oprah.
It comes after DailyMail.com revealed that Justin and Hailey will have to take a pre-marriage course run by controversial celebrity megachurch Hillsong before they walk down the aisle.

The couple will embark on the five-week course which covers areas from intimacy between couples to how to manage your finances after tying the knot.
A source revealed: ‘The marriage course is something which is encouraged and in some cases demanded by Hillsong pastors before they will marry you.
‘Justin obviously has a past; he had a long term relationship with Selena Gomez, and he wants to go into life with Hailey with a clean slate.
‘It is something they are both keen to do as faith is important to them and it will really help build a strong foundation for the years they plan to spend together.’
