Everybody loves food that’s good value for money, which is why it’s more than a little irksome when shoppers are fooled by misleading packaging.

These photos reveal some of the most frustrating cases of packets that look as if they will contain more food than they do.

From pizzas with all the toppings in one place so it looks like it will be covered in ingredients when peering through the transparent window on the wrapper, to underfilled packets of crisps, these shocking examples of deceptive packaging will make your blood boil.

The snaps have all been shared on the subreddit forum, r/***hole design. 

And they will make you much more careful about checking items before buying them to make sure that you are not being swindled.
