Ivana Trump dons a ponytail and Adidas tracksuit in NYC

Ivana Trump has been sporting her trademark beehive for decades, but she may have been feeling a change when she opted to model a sporty new hairdo this week.

The 68-year-old wore her blonde hair in a teased ponytail while taking a stroll in Manhattan’s Upper West Side on Monday afternoon — and her bouncy pony perfectly matched her sporty ensemble.

For her walk, Ivana donned a purple Adidas tracksuit featuring the brand’s trademark three stripes snaking down the arms of her pullover and the legs of her matching pants.

Although her new ‘do wasn’t quite as high as her beehive, Ivana’s platinum blonde hair was still teased at the top with her bangs framing her face.

The former model’s hair was pulled back in middle of head, and the ends of her ponytail brushed the collar of her half-zip jacket.

The mother-of-three paired her sporty look with black flats from her daughter Ivanka Trump’s eponymous clothing line and a $2,100 quilted Dior purse.

In the early years of her marriage to Donald Trump, Ivana often wore her hair teased and loose around her shoulders.

However, after modeling an elaborately teased French twist on the May 1990 cover of Vogue, Ivana started wearing her hair up more and more.

By the mid-’90s, the beehive had become Ivana’s trademark style, and she has mostly remained faithful to the look over the past two decades.

In addition to her new ‘do, Ivana also seems to have having a growing appreciation for the Adidas tracksuit.

Just a few weeks ago, Ivana was photographed running errands in a maroon and gold Adidas tracksuit, which she also paired with her comfy black flats.

Ivana was seen picking up bananas at a nondescript deli and stopping to admire puppies through a pet shop window.

She also grabbed some Japanese food at a casual eatery on Lexington Avenue, before going inside a drug store to look at some Eucerin intensive repair lotion, which typically retails for less than $10.

Her outing came just after she made an appearance on The Wendy Williams Show to promote her new memoir, Raising Trump.

During her appearance, she spoke to the host about her alleged feud with the president’s current wife, Melania, which started after she boldly described herself as the first lady during a previous televised interview.

Melania quickly fired back at her husband’s first wife via a public statement in which she branded her attention-seeking, slamming her first lady comments as ‘self-serving noise’.

And while Ivana initially held back from responding, she seemed more than happy to address the situation as she sat down with Wendy.

She told the chat show host that she ‘doesn’t know what Melania’s problem is’, before insisting that the first lady needs to ‘get over’ the entire situation.

The president’s first wife then elaborated on her controversial ‘first lady’ comment, noting that while Melania is the ‘first lady of America’ she — as Donald Trump’s first spouse — will always be ‘first lady Trump’.
