The movie, based on a true story, recounts the romance between a young man (Bell) and a fading Hollywood actress (Bening) that takes place in the British sea port of Liverpool in the two years leading up to the former Hollywood bombshell’s death from cancer.
The film has played the festival circuit and opens in theatres in the US in limited release on December 29.
