The 44-year-old webcam model – who shrunk from 187lbs to 127lbs – said her ‘muffin top’ is gone now that she’s adapted a low-carb Ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting.

‘It’s stopping eating at a certain time and restarting (usually) 16 hours to 18 hrs later. I figured this would be a great way to break the 130 lb plateau I hit.
‘I’ve done it two days now, stopping at 6 pm and eating again at 11 am. This is absolutely doable for me. I’ve lost two pounds easily.’
Jenna wrote on July 23 that she’s ‘happier, smarter, and much more confident,’ and she drinks Fresca diet citrus soda whenever she has sugar or carbohydrate cravings.
