Jess Woodley slips into plunging sports luxe bikini

She has been soaking up the sun in Barbados, after jetting overseas for her annual idyllic break. 

And looking simply sensational as she hit the beach on Friday, Jess Woodley proudly paraded her enviably svelte frame in a sports luxe inspired bikini that made sure to flaunt her assets. 

The former Made In Chelsea star put on a very revealing display as she was seen attempting to slip out of her checked dungarees, with the help of a girl pal, to embark on yet another bronzing session. 

Arriving at the beach, blonde beauty Jess had donned her stylish dungarees that buckled together at each shoulder. The low-cut of her outfit, however, ensured plenty of sideboob was left on show, as underneath she wore her scanty swimwear. 

Jess favoured a black sports-inspired bikini top that came with a plunging design and the word ‘SQUAD’ emblazoned across the hem that sat just underneath her bust. 

While she had the top half of her cropped bonce tied up into a top knot, Jess soon let her locks fall freely as she ditched her shades while stripping off in the sunshine.

Although, it seems she needed to be aided by her holiday companion, as Jess fell about onto the sand laughing, after her friend had tried to help pull her dungarees down past her legs. 

She unveiled high-rise white bikini briefs to match the top of her swimwear and teased a look at her incredibly gym-honed stomach.

When it comes to her enviable physique, Jess has revealed the key to her success after following a structured 18-week progressive health and fitness plan LDN Muscle Bikini Guide – embarking on the plan back in 2015.

The guide combines both cardio and resistance/weight training. Jess started the day with a basic walk in the morning, followed by some press-ups, bench dips, squats and lunges.  

Earlier this year, Jess had chosen to leave E4 reality series Made In Chelsea to focus on other projects and turn her attentions to the fashion industry.

‘The door’s always open,’ she told Star magazine. ‘But I’m working really closely with [beauty brand] Rimmel and taking this time to focus on myself.

Jess, who said she is ‘overwhelmed’ and ‘really grateful’ for the experience, was a student when she first joined Made In Chelsea.
