There were nine women total on this year’s Young Rich List, up one from last year.

Melbourne property developer Tim Gurner, who rounded out the list’s top five, made global headlines earlier this year after saying young Australians couldn’t buy homes because they were spending ‘$40 a day on smashed avocados’.

The youngest to debut on the list are Nik Mirkovic and Alex Tomic, who took the 58th and 59th spot. They are aged 22 and 24 respectively.

Nik and Alex raked in $46 million with their company HiSmile, kits that claim to whiten teeth in 10 minutes.
