Lauren Brant goes make-up free as she shows off her natural beauty during intense workout

She juggles her television duties with being a mum to her young son Miller.

And Lauren Brant ditched her heavy make-up when she put aside her jam-packed schedule for her workout at the Sports Super Centre-Australia on Tuesday.

Taking to Instagram, the television personality explained that her partner and father of her son, former AFL player Barry Hall, inspired the training session.  

The former singer shared an image in which she shows off a fresh-faced look and wore her raven locks in a ponytail.

She captioned the image: ‘Did. Not. Think. I. Had. The. Time. To. Run. Tonight……… then I remembered our family motto, NO EXCUSES!’ Lauren penned in the lengthy caption. (sic)

‘@barryh01 Is the most amazing partner to me and I can confidently say I am to him too. We are each others Ying and yang. He introduced the “no excuses” Moto into my life and I love it.

Sparks were flying when Lauren and Barry first met on I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! back in 2015.  

The television host and the former AFL star love doting on their little man Miller, aged one, and often share a slew of pictures of him on social media.

They are also trying hard to have their second child as the couple have plans to expand their brood. 

Lauren told The Sunday Telegraph: ‘We are trying for another baby. It’s not happening at the moment, but we definitely want another one.’

Although her love wants to have a little girl, the mother-of-one confessed she wanted to have another little boy for her son to play with. 

She told The Courier Mail: ‘I feel like I want Miller to have another boy to play with.’
