Dressed in casual garb, the former TOWIE star chatted to someone on the phone as she rushed to an appointment in her home town – having not long returned from the wellness retreat in Portugal.
The 31-year-old slipped into a very skimpy grey top and Lycra leggings, keeping warm with a black cardigan.

She wore her brunette locks straight around her features and a typical application of bronzer, mascara and rouge lipstick.

Lauren recently hit back at criticism she faced after her 21-day juice cleanse in Portugal.
She wrote on social media: ‘[The juice cleanse] was a tough challenge but how rewarding. You really see how strong you are mentally and physically!
‘A lot of criticism about juicing but it does a lot more than weight loss! I feel detoxed cleansed within like I couldn’t be healthier.
‘I haven’t eaten meat for 22 days but I will of course go back to normality but with a few changes added to my diet!!’
