  • Liverpool await their semi-final opponents in Friday’s Champions League draw
  • Bayern Munich, Roma and Real Madrid are Liverpool’s potential opponents
  • The Reds dominated Manchester City over two legs and will now eye the trophy
  • James Milner, Dejan Lovren and Ragnar Klaven all relaxed at Disney on Ice

Liverpool have produced plenty of magic on the pitch in recent weeks and months but some of their stars eased up for a different magical experience ahead of Friday’s Champions League draw.

James Milner, Dejan Lovren and Ragnar Klaven provided the Liverpool cohort in attendance at the opening night of Disney on Ice at the Echo Arena on Wednesday evening.

A beaming Lovren was more than happy to pose alongside Toy Story characters Jessie and Woody while Klaven made the evening a family occasion.

Milner, influential in the two games against former club City, was enjoyed a well earned rest away from the pitch as talk for the Reds turns to who they will take on next.

Bayern Munich, Roma and holders Real Madrid are the three potential opponents for Jurgen Klopp’s side and having dismantled favourites City, they will fear nobody.

And while there may not be a snake in any of the player’s boots after their Disney extravaganza, Klopp will be hoping there remains goals as he looks to win the Reds’ first European trophy since Istanbul in 2005.

Klopp’s side return to Premier League action on Saturday when they host Eddie Howe’s Bournemouth before a trip to the Hawthorns on the eve of the semi-finals.

The Reds currently sit third and while Champions League glory has left many fans salivating, Klopp will want to nail down a place in the top four with the remaining league games.

The draw takes place in Nyon on Friday with matches being played on April 24/25 and May 1/2.
