Louis Walsh has healed TEN-year feud with Cheryl

Louis Walsh, 65, and Cheryl, 34, have been feuding for ten years which first started when he labelled the former pop star and her ex-band mates fat.

And as time is the greatest healer of wounds, the Irish judge divulged he had mended the fight with the new mum in an interview with The Sun.

While Louis claimed it is their disagreements that make their relationship so ‘good’, the X Factor star confessed fellow judge Nicole Scherzinger, 39, is his favourite.

The entertainment mogul explained it would be ‘fine’ if Cheryl decided to make a comeback to The X Factor following her break from the panel.

Louis told the newspaper: ‘If Cheryl comes back that’s fine. Look, we would agree to disagree on certain things but that’s what makes it good. We all get on.’

MailOnline approached Cheryl’s representatives for further comment.

Louis comments come amid claims Cheryl was hesitant to return to The X Factor if the Irish judge remained on the panel.

Fans have been speculating when the mother-of-one will make a comeback ever since she graced the Judges’ Houses episode with her appearance.

According to Closer magazine, the Fight For This Love hitmaker has expressed she wasn’t sure she would like to be involved if Louis and Sinitta were on the show which has reportedly left Simon ‘in the middle’.

A source close to the publication explained: ‘She called Simon and said she wasn’t sure she could return to the show if Louis or Sinitta were hired.

‘Simon now feels stuck in the middle and he said her X Factor role could be in jeopardy.’

A representative for Cheryl previously told MailOnline there was ‘no comment’ on the claims.
