The winner of the heats will then get to fly the flag for Australia at the international Mr World competition in the Philippines in July.

For a shot at the win, first, contestants will be required to display extreme fitness as they compete in an ‘Army Assault Course’ in Melbourne.

They must also bring a unique talent to the party and join in an ‘explosive’ fashion show, according to Friday’s Sydney Morning Herald.

Contestants must also display ‘extreme fitness’ in what is a male equivalent to the Miss World competition, the paper reports.

Buff prison officer Eden is no doubt cutting down on the carbs and upping his protein intake while he pumps iron in the lead-up to the competition.

Taking to Instagram on Saturday, Cyrell, 30, shared a cuddly photo of herself and Eden standing in front of her tiered birthday cake.

To cap things off, Cyrell’s MAFS ex, Nic Jovanovic, 29, gave his blessing to the new couple after being asked about the romance by a fan during an Instagram Q&A on Thursday.

‘Honestly, I am genuinely happy for them,’ Nic said.

‘He seems really into her, she seems really into him…I genuinely wish them a lot of love and happiness.’
