MAFS Ryan reveals what his parents REALLY think of Davina

He’s the Married At First Sight star who took his ‘wife’ Davina Rankin to meet with his parents at their property on the show last week.

And Ryan Gallagher has now revealed what his mum and dad REALLY thought of his spouse, after they learned of her shock ‘affair’.

Speaking during a Facebook Live Q&A on Sunday, the 29-year-old tradie stated: ‘They don’t hate Davina at all, not even one bit.’

Meet the parents! Married At First Sight’s Davina Rankin was awkwardly seen meeting with ‘husband’ Ryan Gallagher’s parents on the show last week, and he has now revealed what they REALLY thought about her

He added: ‘My parents are very genuine and nice people, they don’t hate people for little things. It’s not a major thing.’

‘Yeah, she [Davina] did some terrible things, but they don’t hate her,’ he repeated.

Ryan’s revelation comes less than a week after an awkward Married At First Sight episode saw Davina meet with his parents just days after he learned of his wife’s shock ‘affair’ with their co-star, Dean Wells.

Whilst sitting around the dinner table, Davina broke down in front of Ryan’s parents when he refused to to tell them that their relationship was going well.

Last week, Sydney-based Ryan told the Goulburn Post that his father Bob suffers from Parkinson’s Disease, and as such he frequently returns to his parents’ property to lend a helping hand.

‘I always come down here [to Goulburn] to see my parents,’ he said.

‘I’m usually down here…maybe even once a week usually.’

‘My old man’s got Parkinson’s as as probably a lot of people know and he needs a hand around the property doing a lot of things. So, I tend to come down here, give it about two days a week, so I usually stay at least one night and go back to Sydney.’

On Sunday’s episode of the hit series, Ryan and Davina will decide whether or not to continue in their marriage during a ‘commitment ceremony’.
