A plastic surgery patient went under the knife to look more like his twin brother after an earlier botched operation left him with a crooked nose.
US-based Brandon turned to Dr Paul Nassif and Dr Terry Dubrow of E!’s Botched for help fixing the earlier procedure, which left his nose slanting across his face.
He hoped to have his nose straightened out in order to look more like his twin Bryan, saying he ‘hated’ that people no longer thought they looked alike.
While Dr Nassif and Dr Dubrow warned the operation was risky they were eventually able to help Brandon and give him the straight nose he wanted.

Now Brandon believes he might even turn more heads than his brother.
‘If people do just happen to say that I am the better looking twin then I only have Dr Nassif to thank for that,’ Brandon joked.
Bryan revealed how his nose had been straight before his initial operation but he still wanted to undergo work to change his appearance.
However the problems started to emerge shortly after the operation.
Perfectly formed: Brandon had a straight nose before his first surgery, pictured, but still went under the knife
Crooked: The result of the first surgery was a nose that slanted to the right side of his face
Support: Bryan, standing, came with his brother as he sought help from Dr Nassif, left, and Dr Dubrow
‘Once the swelling started to go down, literally day by day, it started to going “doot doot doot”,’ Brandon says referring to his nose leaning to one side.
He arrived at Dr Nassif and Dr Dubrow’s office with his brother so the surgeons could see exactly what he wanted.
Dr Dubrow said: ‘Patients will often bring in a picture of a nose they like or a feature they like from someone else and almost always it’s not doable because the underlying structure is so different. But with you guys it potentially is doable.’
Risks: The doctors warned there was a chance his nose could come out even more crooked
Recovery: Brandon hoped to look more like his twin brother after the second procedure, above
Dr Nassif explained that it was difficult for a doctor to take an already straight nose and make it crooked, as in Brandon’s case.
He said: ‘It’s hard to take a nose that is straight before surgery and make it crooked after surgery, unless you do something with the cartilage that deforms it so much that it becomes crooked.’
The surgeons warned that the operation to fix the crookedness was risky as it could end up looking even worse.
Two of a kind: Brandon, left, said he might now be even better looking than his twin, right
Confident: Brandon, pictured, was thrilled with the result of the second operation
But Dr Nassif operated on Brandon’s nose and fixed it.
Brandon said: ‘Before my surgery, my nose was crooked as s***. ‘It was completely deviated to the right and people didn’t think that my brother and I were twins and I hated the way that felt.
‘Now thanks to Dr. Nassif, my brother and I are more connected than ever.’
