The coy 2016 X Factor champion, 24, told The Mirror that he and the brunette beauty, 22, are enjoying spending time together before calling her ‘lovely’.

He told the website: ‘She’s lovely, we’re hanging out. She couldn’t make it tonight but I will see her very soon.
The Subeme La Radio singer gave a ‘no comment’ when asked if things were official between him and Montana but then added ‘We’re getting to know each other.’

Matt later hit the stage where he performed a selection of songs from his debut album Trouble, including When Christmas Comes Around and The Thing About Love.
The pair were spotted hanging out at the Oxford Circus Christmas lights switch-on where Montana presented Matt with a plaque to celebrate how many copies had been sold of his hit Subeme La Radio.

Since then Matt has remained relatively coy about the pair’s blossoming friendship but did say Montana was ‘beautiful’.
They were also seen hitting the gym together last month and looked delighted to be in each other’s company.
He previously told Capital: ‘We met maybe a couple of months ago – we kept bumping into each other at events and stuff and we just got on really well.
‘We kinda just sat down, just us two, talking and we didn’t really realise where the time had gone.’
‘Since then we’ve been getting to know each other and we’ve been hanging out. She’s a lovely girl and she’s obviously very beautiful and all is great.’
