Miami-Dade police are seen in the video entering the lobby of the Trump National Doral hotel.

Officers are seen and heard trading gunfire with the Jonathan Oddi, the South African national who moments earlier walked into the lobby and began shooting after shouting ‘anti-Trump rhetoric,’ according to authorities.

The officer wearing the bodycam is seen using his pistol and firing several shots before ducking in an outdoor area adjacent to the lobby.

Oddi, 42, who confessed to ‘pushing the alarm’ at the hotel, has been ordered held without bond on Monday.

He faces numerous felony charges, including first-degree attempted murder of law enforcement officers.

Oddi is not seen in the video. He is apprehended after suffering gunshot wounds to the legs sustained during the shootout with officers.

Oddi appeared at a court hearing which was held via closed-circuit TV.

From a Miami jail, he told a court: ‘I did push the alarm.’

People in the courtroom laughed since apparently Oddi is not aware that his statements can be used against him at trial, according to the Miami Herald.

Oddi kept rambling until his lawyer turned off his microphone before he could incriminate himself any further.

‘Your attorney turned the mic off,’ Circuit Judge Mindy Glazer. ‘Probably a wise move.’

Authorities say Oddi arrived at the hotel early Friday morning and scaled the fence.

He then allegedly stole an American flag and walked into the main lobby.

The arrest report says that he then ‘proceeded to drape the flag on the reception desk.’

Oddi is then alleged to have pulled a pistol, threatened an unarmed security guard, and trashed the lobby.

He did damage to ‘computer equipment, paintings, furniture, windows, doors and glass decorations,’ the arrest report said.

Police say he was screaming ‘anti-Trump rhetoric’ as well as statements against former President Barack Obama and rapper P. Diddy.

Oddi allegedly fired into the air and then shot at Doral and Miami-Dade police officers as they stormed the lobby.

Police then shot Oddi in the legs as he was running upstairs.

Oddi was rushed to a local hospital and treated over the weekend. On Sunday, he was booked into the Turner Guilford Knight Correctional Center.

The hotel in Doral was bought by the Trump Organization in 2012. It is host to a professional golf tournament.

Oddi faces numerous charges, including attempted second-degree murder of law-enforcement officers, armed burglary, aggravated assault with a firearm, criminal mischief, armed grand theft and pulling a firearm.
