Missing Surrey girl aged 15 has not been seen for 3 days

  • ‘Vulnerable’ Margaret Moloney was last seen by her family in Godalming, Surrey
  • The 15-year-old travelled by train to Basingstoke, Hampshire, on Wednesday
  • She is described as white, with long blonde hair and blue eyes and is 5ft5ins tall

Fears are growing for a ‘vulnerable’ 15-year-old girl who has been missing for three days.

Surrey Police have appealed for the public’s help to find Margaret Moloney who was last seen by her family in Godalming, Surrey, in the early hours of Wednesday September 20.

A spokesman for the force said that officers were ‘growing increasingly concerned for her welfare’.

Margaret is described as white, with long blonde hair and blue eyes. She is 5′ 5′ tall and of a slim build.

She was last seen wearing a navy blue hooded rain coat, dark bottoms and white trainers.

On Wednesday, she travelled to Basingstoke, Hampshire, from Woking, Surrey, by train so it is thought she could be in the Basingstoke area.

The teenager is not believed to be carrying a mobile phone.

Sergeant Dan Smith said: ‘Margaret, if you are reading this, please make contact with us so that we know you are okay.

‘You are not in any trouble but we do want to hear from you. If you don’t want to speak to police, you can call or text the Missing People charity on 116 000.’

Anyone who sees Margaret is urged to call Surrey Police on 101 quoting 45170103539.
