Model Lara Worthington flaunts her new raven tresses in Los Angeles

From beachy waves to the iconic ‘Bingle bob’, Lara Worthington (nee Bingle)’s hair journey is consistently evolving.

And the mother of two, 30, debuted an entirely new look when she stepped out in Los Angeles on Wednesday.

The stunning model flaunted her freshly-dyed ginger tresses in a chic bob style as she exited a local nail salon.

Lara, who acknowledged a departure from her signature blonde locks to brunette on social media a week earlier, evidently opted for a deeper red hue this time around.

She wore her raven locks, tended to by celebrity hairstylist Travis Balcke, in a sharp bob with a middle part and went makeup-free to show off her flawless complexion.

The former Tourism Australia wore a Zadie Sleeveless Ruched Gingham Dress by Joseph, which retails from Matches Fashion for $634.

She paired it with courtesy flip-flops from the salon to keep her pedicure fresh and donned designer sunglasses to keep a low-key profile as she strolled the streets.

Cronulla-born Lara catapulted to stardom with her 2006 debut as a classic beach beauty in Tourism Australia’s ‘Where the bloody hell are ya?’ campaign. 

Numerous red carpet appearances followed, with Lara styling her locks in long, blonde waves which complemented her golden tan.

Around the time of the premiere of her reality show Being Lara Bingle in 2012, she drew attention to a shoulder-length rough cut, with her locks styled semi-straight.

She followed that style up with the debut of the ‘Bingle bob’ in 2014, a jaw-grazing cut that saw Lara’s flaxen locks styled in a soft blow-wave.
