Mother left with a ‘triple butt’ after botched implants chooses AGAINST corrective surgery to have a baby

  • ‘Imani’ turned to Dr Terry Dubrow and Dr Paul Nassif as part of TV series Botched
  • A previous procedure left her with buttock implants with ‘minds of their own’
  • Shockingly, the implants ‘flip’ every time she sits a certain way, causing lumps
  • The doctors suggested a series of invasive operations over a two-year period

A woman has revealed how expensive buttock implants ruined her body – when they developed ‘a mind of their own’.

The patient, known only as Imani, appears on the E! reality television series Botched, in which she seeks urgent help from doctors Paul Nassif and Terry Dubrow.

In the forthcoming episode, she says the silicone pouches move at random beneath her skin – and sitting down can exacerbate the issue.

But, despite all this, the cosplayer refuses the generous offer of corrective surgery in order to start a family with her husband.

An examination of the surgery site shows a dramatically uneven result, with unsightly bulges and a rippled finish.

‘I have a triple butt almost with these lumps you can see from the side profile,’ Imani explains to the TV duo during her consultation.

‘There’s like an indentation and I want my butt to look nice.’

Shockingly, when Imani reached out to her original surgeon about the complications, they advised her to ‘flip’ the implants back into place when they moved.

Concerned, both Dr Dubrow and Dr Nassif warned that buttock implants are notoriously difficult to do well.

‘[They] probably have the highest complication rate of any procedure,’ Dr Dubrow said. ‘In my opinion, implants should be a choice of last resort.’

Dr Dubrow warned that corrective surgery on her implants could take years because it would require ‘a multi-stage series of procedures’.

However, she declined the surgery because she was keen to have a child with her husband in the future.

Imani said: ‘I think it’s best for me to just go ahead and start the family. But I do look forward to seeing Dr. Nassif and Dr. Dubrow couple years down the line.’

WHAT DOES A BUTTOCK IMPLANT PROCEDURE INVOLVE?

A larger butt can be achieved through the use of silicone implants, transferring existing fat, or a combination of both.

Implants are inserted either in the muscle or above the gluteal muscle on each side.

The fat transfer procedure is commonly known as a Brazilian butt lift.

Fat removed through liposuction from other parts of the body are injected into the buttocks.
