Mother-of-two loses 22 kilos and three dress sizes in just ONE year

Sarah McDonald, by her own admission, never had a weight problem as a kid.

But in her early 40s and weighing close to 91 kilos, the mother-of-two from NSW said life just took over and juggling her children and work meant health and exercise fell by the wayside.

‘I think like most mums I just got really lost in work and life happens, so I put on weight,’ she told FEMAIL.

‘I actually work and lecture in the natural health sphere so I knew what I should have been doing but I just wasn’t doing it.

‘The main issue was not planning food. I’d snack on the kids’ lunches and I’d reward myself with wine at the end of the day,’ she said.

It wasn’t until she heard about Tiffiny Hall’s program a year ago that Sarah changed her routine – and now she weighs 68 kilos as a result.

‘I try to do the workouts four times a week. What’s so good about them is you don’t have to be 100 per cent – you’ll lose weight regardless,’ she explained.

‘I broke my ankle in July last year and was wearing a boot for four months and managed to lose 11 kilos just by following the eating plan.’

‘So if I need to use up some mushrooms I’ll just search for the ingredient in the list of meals and make a chicken and mushroom pie or something,’ she said.

‘I’m 42… I don’t want to look like I’m 20! I still want to keep my curves,’ she explained.

She is hoping to meet one of the faithful Tiffxo followers, or ninjas as they are known, outside of the Facebook group – having admitted the program changed her forever.

‘It really is a big part of my life,’ Sarah said.
