Sean Milliken struggled with his weight since childhood, and said things spiraled out of control after his parents divorced and he turned to food for comfort.

He weighed at least 400lbs when he became bedridden after suffering a debilitating leg injury during his senior year of high school.

Milliken was featured on one episode of My 600-lb Life in 2016 when his weight reached as high as 900lbs and he was unable to stand for more than 30 seconds.

In an interview with People that year, Milliken said he was planning to move to Houston to see if he’d qualify for weight loss surgery because he knew he couldn’t live past 30 if he remained that size. It’s unclear if he ever went under the knife.
