Neckline Slimmer device claims to banish double chins

No matter how much you calorie count or how many times you hit the gym, banishing a double chin can seem like an impossible task.

But social media users have been going wild for a product that claims to beat the fat rolls under your chin in just two minutes.

A Facebook video of the Neckline Slimmer – a bizarre £19.34 device that claims to banish double chins – has gone viral across social media.

A Facebook video of the Neckline Slimmer – a bizarre £19.34 device that claims to banish double chins – has amassed 4.5m views and thousands of comments from people intrigued by its benefits

Based on the principal that exercising regularly can help you strengthen and tone the muscles in your body, the device’s makers claim it benefits your body through resistance workouts that exercise your neck muscles, helping them develop strength over time.

The up and down motion of the exerciser apparently tones the fat and loose skin on the chin and neck, effectively exercising the involuntary chin and neck muscles.

The video, which has been viewed 4.5m times online, has received thousands of comments from baffled users.

While some were desperate to get their hands on the quirky gadget, others said it was ‘a load of rubbish’ and people should just hit the gym to lose weight.

The at-home device comes after a new treatment, which promises to dissolve chin fat permanently without surgery, made waves across Australia.

Instead of forking out for expensive liposuction, a growing number of Australian women are opting for an injectable solution known as Belkyra to banish those pesky chin fat cells, according to Today Tonight.

Up to 20 injections are administered via a fine needle into the fat cells on the chin, with each procedure taking only 20 minutes.

And ever since the introduction of the injectable chin lift earlier this year, women have arrived in droves to finally eliminate their ‘turkey necks’ once and for all – including former House Rules contestant Carole Bramston.
