Heidi Pratt has been sharing photos of her new baby boy Gunner for three months now.
In each shot the little guy, who was born on October 1 at 6 pounds, 12 ounces, looks off in the distance with a blank expression.
But in a new photo shared to Instagram on Wednesday the darling child can be seen smiling for the very first time.

Her caption read: ‘It’s amazing to watch him learn and change so quickly. These moments are so special and already going by so fast! I never thought I could love so deep. My angel. Everything I dreamed of and so much more.’
Gunner was dressed adorably in a white airplane and star printed onesie. He looked cozy on a white baby pillow.
Mom, Heidi, was wearing a soft pink sweater and black leggings. The two looked beyond happy as they smiled at each other.

The Pratts have had one wild, tabloid-heavy journey since their days on the hit reality show The Hills.
The two met in 2006 while filming the first season of the show and eloped in 2008.
Their first wedding took place in Mexico. They did not make their union legal in the US until 2009 when Spencer proposed again and the couple planned a traditional big white wedding.
In between marriage and baby, the couple filed for divorce once, but claimed it was all for publicity.
The couple have dealt with their own identity struggles rather publicly over the years. The blonde babe from Colorado wound up going under the plastic surgery knife 10 different times to alter her chin, boobs, ears, and more. Meanwhile, Spencer became obsessed with healing crystals—putting the couple into massive financial jeopardy.

Us Weekly jumped on the Speidi roller coaster early on and has been granted exclusive press access over the course of their relationship.
The couple struck a deal with Us and allowed them into the hospital room to document the birth of their first born. The exclusive ran in the magazine on October 23.
Spencer told the magazine that he’d bought an iPhone specifically for photos of Gunner.
‘We did our first selfie with Enya playing ‘Only Time’ which is one of my favorite songs,’ he said. ‘That was the moment when my brain started to officially explode. Holding him is still so unbelievable.’

Baby Gunner Pratt will definitely get his shot at fame. Mom and dad took their son to his first audition in late October for a commercial that would air during the 2018 Super Bowl.
‘You excited to upstage Justin Timberlake at the Super Bowl?’ Spencer joked to his son as they left the audition room, as seen in a video he posted on Snapchat. ‘Gunner, you nailed that audition.’
Whether or not Gunner landed the gig is uncertain.
