A woman claiming to be Nipsey Hussle’s alleged killer’s getaway driver handed herself in to police on Tuesday claiming she had no idea what he was planning or that he had killed the rapper when he got back in her car.

The woman has not been named publicly but told TMZ she was with Eric Holder, aka ‘S****y cuz’, on Sunday when he shot the rapper outside his clothing store in south Los Angeles.

She says Holder, who was arrested at 1.30pm on Tuesday, did not tell her what he was planning when he got out his vehicle and approached Hussle to shoot him then returned.

She claims he said nothing when he got back in her vehicle and that she is in no way an accomplice.

The Los Angeles Times reports that she handed herself into police.

The woman claimed to be driving this Chevy Cruz as Holder, circled, shot Nipsey then got back in. She told TMZ on Tuesday however that she had no idea he had just been murdered, even though she was at the scene with a clear view of the killing

TMZ said they found her after phoning a number that was linked to the Chevy Cruz the pair were filmed on surveillance cameras speeding away from the scene in.

Holder was urged by police to hand himself in on Tuesday at a press conference where officials begged him to ‘put a stop to this’.

They say he shot Hussle multiple times after a personal dispute in the parking lot outside his store.

Surveillance footage showed him approaching Hussle and two other men, opening fire on them then fleeing in the car that was waiting in an alley way nearby.

Authorities have not yet found Holder but are urging him to turn himself in.

LAPD Chief Michael Moore urged him to turn himself in to the authorities on Tuesday.

‘To Mr. Holder, who I am confident is watching this and listening to these media accounts, I ask him to surrender.

‘Find a local law enforcement agency, go to a station and surrender. Stop this. Stop this from continuing,’ he said.

He added that he posed a ‘substantial risk’ to the public.

Hussle’s death has rocked the music and entertainment industry. His long-term girlfriend, actress Lauren London, is yet to comment on his death.

The LAPD commissioner Steve Soboroff said he was ‘very sad’ about the news when it emerged on Monday.

On Tuesday, he and others gave a heartfelt tribute to the rapper as they pleaded for his killer to hand himself in.

Soboroff fought back tears as he read aloud an email that Hussle sent him on February 26 about working together.
