Paul Pogba was in joyous mood as he and his Manchester United team-mates arrived back in the UK following a comfortable 3-0 win over Young Boys in their Champions League opener.

It was a man of the match performance from Pogba as he sang and danced his way home on the team bus back to Manchester.

The players were all in good spirits as they boarded the bus after securing a third successive win since the start of September.

The United players flew home early on Thursday morning following a convincing win in their first Champions League match of the season.

Pogba, Fred, Romelu Lukaku and Co could all be seen boarding the team bus in their full Man United tracksuits after the victory.

Jose Mourinho donned a white United top as he made his way home having turned his side’s fortunes right around following an early season wobble.

It was Pogba who was instrumental in United’s win against Young Boys, scoring two and assisting the third as they won 3-0.

The first was a spectacular finish from outside the box while the second saw him score from the spot after a stuttering 26 step and nine second run-up.

Speaking after the game, Pogba said: ‘I didn’t have any doubts about taking the penalty. I know I missed that one against Burnley. Joe Hart got me that time but I won’t do the same mistake.

‘I had the confidence of the players. They let me take it and I should thank them for this, as well as the manager. He let me take it as well.’

United will have to quickly turn their attention to the weekend’s action with the game’s now set to come thick and fast.

Next up for the Red Devils is a Premier League clash with Wolves, who visit Old Trafford on Saturday afternoon.
