A volunteer fire chief in Pennsylvania was allegedly caught having sex with a teenage girl in the backseat of his car.
Police said Aaron Powell, 46, was found with the 17-year-old girl in the back of a Dodge Charger in a parking lot in McKeesport, just outside of Pittsburgh, on Sunday night.
Powell told officers he had been seeing the girl ‘in this manner’ for several weeks, according to the criminal complaint.
He said he had known the girl for more than two years.
Powell’s devastated girlfriend of 13 years, Annie Clawson, told WPXI she was shocked regarding the allegations.
‘I’m just going to do the best that I can to get through this,’ Clawson, who has two teenage daughters, said.
‘I just want to say to him, I hope it was all worth it.’
Powell, who was dismissed as chief of the Versailles Volunteer Fire Company, allegedly told officers he had been seeing the girl ‘in this manner’ for several weeks

He was immediately dismissed as chief of the Versailles Volunteer Fire Company after the allegations surfaced.
‘In light of the recent allegations the Versailles Volunteer Fire Company must inform you as of this morning said fire chief who has been accused of illegal actions was removed from office and is no longer affiliated with the department,’ a statement read.
Powell’s girlfriend and her two daughters were also part of the volunteer fire department.
He has been charged with open lewdness and corruption of minors.
Powell’s preliminary court hearing is scheduled for November 20.
