Phoebe Burgess reveals her cravings and how she stays in shape

Rugby League WAG Phoebe Burgess has detailed the exercise routine she’s using to stay in shape during her second pregnancy.

The 29-year-old wife of NRL star Sam Burgess took to Instagram while watching Wednesday’s State Of Origin Game to share her wisdom with fans.

She also confessed to some very unusual pregnancy cravings during the impromptu Q&A.

Phoebe said her workout goal is to simply get her legs moving for at least 20-minutes a day, while her go-to exercise is Pilates.

‘I work out one-on-one with my beautiful friend @bodybyleahsimmons she also has amazing home workouts/video series,’ she said.

‘I’m all about her exercise ethos: Mind + Body. I’ve found the balance extremely important after having [first daughter Poppy, one].’ 

The WAG continued: ‘I try move my legs for 20 minutes a day on the reformer or ‘roll out’ my body, breath exercises etc (no work especially being pregnant).’

Phoebe credited her husband Sam for making it much easier for her to work out on a daily basis after he setup a small home studio. 

When it comes to pregnancy cravings, Phoebe has a sweet tooth.  

After a fan probed her on the topic, the beauty said she struggles to stop herself eating ‘anything cold and sweet!!’

She illustrated her point in accompanying snap, seen sipping on a Smooze coconut and banana fruit snack.

‘It was mango ice creams for a while, oranges kept in the fridge and Vegemite on fresh sourdough,’ she added. 

Phoebe and Sam are expecting their second child in December.
