Police in Ireland today said they are aware of allegations UFC star Conor McGregor was involved in a fight in a pub in Dublin.

Witnesses took to social media to describe how the MMA champion was involved in a brawl with three men in The Black Forge in the capital’s Crumlin suburb.

McGregor, 29, was seen by punters on Sunday night entering the bar before the melee erupted which involved the sports star, a young man, a man in his 50s and a fourth man.

The Gardai in Dublin said they are aware of the incident, according to the Irish Independent, but no complaints have been made with regards to the fight.

Karl Nicholson, who is thought to have been in the pub at the time, said he was drinking in the pub when McGregor came in.

Lisa Leonard uploaded a selfie with the MMA star in the background at 11.36pm on Sunday from inside what appears to be the pub.

A senior source at the Gardai told the Irish Independent: ‘There is no report on this matter and no complaint from any injured parties, patrons of the pub or the pub itself and no statements were taken.’
